What do my lab values mean? Are they within range?

1 answer

We usually monitor your hormonal level for several times before egg retrieval or embryo transfer procedure. This includes Estrogen (E2), Follicle stimulation hormone (FSH), Luteinizing hormone (LH), and Progesterone (p4). The fluctuation of hormonal level may reflect your body’s response to the medications and will become the basis for the doctor’s order. The doctor will review your lab values and tailor your medication dosage accordingly. Any abnormal lab results will be addressed immediately by doctor and adjustment will be employed. Our nurses will inform you if your lab values are within range.
