Lisa’s Yoga for Fertility workshops helped patients work through how to control chronic stress by eliciting a ‘relaxation response’ in your body, counteracting harmful stress hormones. Lisa specializes in teaching yoga for fertility. Through her own personal yoga practice along with one Mini- IVF cycle, she was able to conceive. Today she is the proud mother of a healthy baby boy.
Lisa created her own yoga for fertility and pre-natal program. She teaches challenging, creative yoga sequences to center the attention on the breath and relax the mind and body.
